As part of SYMMETRY Neuro-Pathway Training’s community outreach mission, we strive to help those in need by working with local companies to give back to the community. Our scholarship funds are provided by community contributions in an ongoing effort to provide neurofeedback training to those who are in desperate need of services, but do not currently have the funds to begin the program. If you would like to donate, contact our representatives at (833) SYMMETRY to learn how to help those in the community with SYMMETRY Neuro-PT.
Jon Milne Neuro-PT Scholarship Fund
We are proud to offer the Jon Milne Neuro-PT Scholarship to those suffering from drug and/or alcohol addiction. This includes veterans and active-duty military for the scholarship.
Jon Milne served honorably with the United States Marine Corps and was discharged in 1968. He moved from New Hampshire to Bluffton, SC in 2013. Jon was a loyal and active friend of Bill W. for more than 28 years. Known affectionately as “Guru” or “Yoda” by many in the recovery community, he helped many individuals fighting in their struggles to recover from addiction. He became a beloved fixture at recovery meetings throughout the Lowcountry and a close friend to those he mentored. An infectious and warm smile was his trademark.
He was a passionate and a star advocate for SYMMETRY Neuro-PT in the Lowcountry, where he was an active volunteer to help spread the positive benefits of neurofeedback to AA and local rehabs, ministries and was in the process of reaching out to services provided to those incarcerated. He provided scholarship funds to help several clients receive SYMMETRY Neuro-Pathway Training and changed many lives in the community. Jon lost his battle with pancreatic cancer in 2017 surrounded by his closest friends and family. He will be dearly missed.
A scholarship fund was created in his memory to those suffering from drug and/or alcohol addiction including veterans and active-duty military. Click button to complete an application.
