Molly Grissom

Project Administrator

Molly brings a blend of creative thinking and practical problem-solving to SYMMETRY Neuro-Pathway Training. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Fine Arts and Writing. Her education shaped both her approach to systems and processes and her ability to communicate through writing, design, and visual storytelling.

After beginning her career in corporate safety, she transitioned into work that brought these strengths together. Since joining SYMMETRY Neuro-PT in 2020, her role has grown to include marketing, creative development, writing, project management, and building the systems and workflows that help the team work effectively.

Her interest in neurofeedback comes from watching loved ones navigate learning difficulties, traumatic brain injury, PTSD, addiction, and mental health challenges. Those experiences gave her a personal understanding of how deeply these struggles can affect families and inspired her commitment to helping people learn about additional options for support.

What she finds most meaningful at SYMMETRY Neuro-PT is hearing people share the changes they have experienced through neurofeedback. She also enjoys the challenge of creating an image, learning a new platform, or figuring out how to connect the pieces of a project.

Through her work, Molly hopes to make neurofeedback easier to understand and encourage people to ask questions earlier in their search for support. She cares about helping individuals and families feel informed, understood, and hopeful about the possibilities ahead.
